This notice explains how Evoza, a digital studio based in Beveridge, Victoria, handles information through evoza.com.au. To ask a privacy question, contact helloevoza@gmail.com.

When you contact us

Our enquiry form collects your name, email address, project description, selected services and any optional business or timing details you provide. We store this information so we can review your request, reply and discuss a possible project. Please avoid including sensitive information that we do not need.

We also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, browser information, server logs and security checks. Our website uses session and security cookies to support forms and account access.

Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand page visits, traffic sources, interactions and completed enquiries. When configured, Microsoft Clarity helps us understand page use and friction. These services can use cookies and identifiers, including cookies beginning _ga, _clck and _clsk, and process pages visited, device/browser information and approximate location.

We do not send enquiry names, email addresses or project descriptions as analytics event parameters. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled, and form inputs are marked for masking before Clarity loads. Analytics runs on public pages, not the private client portal or administration pages.

Your cookie choices

Optional analytics is off until you accept. Choose “Reject analytics” to keep it off, or open “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time to change your choice. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the website or contacting us.

We remember your choice in your browser for six months using local storage named evoza_cookie_consent_v1. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies to the current page only. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection and removes accessible first-party Analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase data already processed.

You can also clear your browser’s cookies and site storage. Essential session/security cookies remain necessary for the website’s forms and account features.

Google Search and Business Profile

We use Google Search Console and our Google Business Profile to understand how people find Evoza and interact with its listing. These services are associated with our Analytics property. We use campaign labels in links to distinguish traffic sources; these labels do not contain your contact details.

Searches, reviews and interactions made on Google are also governed by Google’s terms and privacy policy.

Access, service providers and storage

Information is available to authorised Evoza staff and service providers as needed to operate the website and respond to requests. Our website is hosted with ChemiCloud; Google and, when configured, Microsoft provide the analytics and search services described above. Provider systems may process information outside Australia.

GA4 user-level and event-level retention is configured to 14 months. Some aggregated reports can remain for longer. We retain enquiries and business records for as long as needed to handle the request, deliver agreed services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use access controls and technical safeguards to protect information.

Questions, access and corrections

Email helloevoza@gmail.com to ask about your information, request access or correction, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and explain any information we must retain. We will review and respond to your request.
